Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information ApplyForMe GH collects, why, who sees it and how long we keep it. ApplyForMe GH is a service of DigiTranstech Innovation, which is responsible for your information.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, phone number, email address and password. Passwords are stored scrambled, so nobody, including our team, can read them.
- Application details: the type of job, internship or scholarship you want, regions or countries you choose, institutions and any notes you give us.
- Documents: the files you upload, such as your CV, certificates, transcripts, school letters, statements of purpose and identification, and the delivery receipts our agents collect.
- Payment records: the payment reference, amount and date. Your card and Mobile Money details are handled by Paystack; we never see or store them.
How we use it
- To prepare and submit your applications and keep your tracker up to date.
- To send you updates, payment confirmations and password reset codes.
- To confirm payments, prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
- The organisations you apply to: only the documents and details needed for that application.
- Our team and the regional agent delivering your application: only what they need to do their part.
- Service providers we rely on: Paystack (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and document storage) and our SMS provider. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Authorities: if the law requires it.
How we protect it
The site uses encrypted connections. Your documents are kept in private storage and can only be opened by you, our team and the agent assigned to your application, after logging in.
How long we keep it
We keep your applications and documents for up to two years after your last application, so you can track results and reuse your documents. After that we delete them. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. Contact us through our contact page and we will respond promptly.

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts.
