Terms of service

These terms apply when you use applyformegh.com and the ApplyForMe GH service. By creating an account or paying for a service, you agree to them.

Who we are

ApplyForMe GH is a service of DigiTranstech Innovation, based in Ghana. "We" and "us" in these terms mean ApplyForMe GH. You can reach us through our contact page.

What we do

We prepare and submit job, internship and international scholarship applications on behalf of our clients. Depending on the service, this includes reviewing your documents, improving your CV and letters, finding suitable openings or scholarships, submitting applications online or by hand through our regional agents, and updating your tracker at each stage.

Your account

• Give us your real name, a phone number you use and a working email address.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Payment

• Each service has a fixed price per application, shown on the service page before you pay.
• You pay in full before any work starts. Payments are processed by Paystack by Mobile Money or card.
• For jobs and internships, the price includes hand-delivery anywhere in Ghana. Certified copies, courier fees or application fees charged by an institution are not included; we tell you before any such cost arises.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Your authority and your documents

• By using the service, you authorise us to prepare and submit applications in your name to the employers, institutions and scholarships you choose or approve.
• You confirm that every document and detail you give us is genuine, accurate and yours. We will not submit documents we believe are false, and we may stop work on an application if we find they are.
• Send us the documents we ask for in good time. We cannot be responsible for missed deadlines caused by late or missing documents.

Scholarship statements

We help you shape and edit your statement of purpose and other essays in your own words. Many scholarships do not allow essays written by someone else, so we do not write them for you, and you remain responsible for their final content.

What we cannot promise

Employers, institutions and scholarship bodies make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee an interview, a job, an internship placement or a scholarship award. We do promise careful preparation, submission on time once we have what we need, and an update at every stage.

Messages

We send updates about your applications, payment confirmations and password reset codes by SMS, email and on your tracker. These are part of the service.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care in everything we do for you. Where the law allows, our total responsibility for any one application is limited to the fee you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect applications you have already paid for.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
